Hello! I am Dan Ryan, owner of DANCON Enterprises, and I have been in residential restoration for over 30 years. My wife & I are native Cincinnatian’s – and we are proud to call Cincinnati HOME. I share this with you because I want you to feel extremely comfortable with my ability and my loyalty to this market and to your home. Through the renovation of my own homes as well as homes I have flipped, I have accumulated extensive experience in almost all areas of home restoration. In addition, I have been very successful in the sales industry for the past 25 years specializing in home needs such as roofing, siding, gutters, windows, and water softeners.

My experience in the roofing industry over the past 8 years has afforded me numerous opportunities to manage residential projects of all sizes. In a previous management position with a local commercial roofing company I successfully launched a residential roofing division, securing over $4 million in annual revenue within the first 4 years of operation. This, along with the rest of my experience in this industry, makes me very confident in saying that I am well prepared to manage any restoration project.

I am pleased to say that, because I do not have a need for expensive marketing or management overhead like other larger roofing companies, I am able to offer lower prices for my work. Therefore, I am very confident I will meet the price most comfortable for you.

My primary material supplier is ABC Supply Company, located on Spring Grove Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. ABC is the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of roofing (as well as other) materials, with over 427 locations across the USA. I have found their products to be outstanding, their pricing to be competitive, and their services to be excellent – with minimal ordering errors and on-time, accurate delivery. DANCON is registered as an IKO Shield Professional Roofing Contractor and provides a 2-year warranty on all labor.
